The Airtec 150 Diesel intercooler upgrade for the Seat Leon Mk1 150PD includes our popular Cupra R Intercooler, capable of reaching 400bhp. The kit includes a full alloy boost pipe kit, custom-made silicon hoses, and Rad pack brackets to secure the radiator and Air-con radiator in place. 'The standard intercooler also secures these in place.'

According to our research, the front mount intercooler design by VAG is suitable for unmodified vehicles, but may not adequately cool highly tuned ones. Even a basic Ecu remap (stg1 remap) can cause high intake temperatures and decreased power. To prevent this, we recommend installing the Airtec Intercooler, which effectively cools the intake and maintains engine safety while optimizing power.
The Airtec Intercooler makes the Charged Air (Intake Temps) cooler so you gain Horse power, its really that simple!
