Airtec Big Boost Pipe Kit for Toyota Yaris Gr Stage 3 Intercooler

As part of our expanding Yaris GR product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our big boost pipe kit upgrade suitable for track or fast road use.

A direct replacement kit that offers increases in performance and response, the enlarged boost pipe kit features a freer-flowing design with a increased internal diameter on both the hot side and cold side.

Cold Side
This extensive eight-piece kit features a taper starting at the 40mm turbo outlet, which then expands by 50% to a diameter of 60mm at the intercooler inlet. This significant increase enhances internal flow and enables easy installation onto our Stage 3 intercooler with a 60mm inlet, making it a perfect fit for vehicles equipped with hybrid turbos.

Hot Side

With a tapering design, the pipework on the intercooler's 60mm outlet side decreases in size to meet the throttle body's 49.5mm size. Despite the reduction, the pipework maintains a minimum diameter of 53mm as it connects to the new cast aluminium throttle body elbow. This strategic layout enables a 39% increase in internal diameter during the most restrictive part of the OEM pipework (38mm) located just before the throttle body elbow. This enlarged internal volume, combined with an improved design, effectively reduces restriction and enhances flow from the turbo to the inlet, resulting in a significant increase in power and response. Crafted from top-quality aluminium, the kit comes with a redesigned throttle body elbow, a set of high-quality silicone connectors, and powder-coated black finish on all pipework for a sleek OEM+ appearance.
