Cold Side
Our comprehensive eight-piece kit begins with a gentle taper from the 40mm turbo outlet that increases by 25% to reach 50mm as it meets the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler inlet side.

Hot Side

From the intercooler's 60mm outlet side, the pipework gradually narrows to meet the throttle body's 49.5mm size, maintaining a 53mm minimum as it reaches the newly designed cast aluminium throttle body elbow. This results in a 39% increase in internal diameter compared to the most restrictive part of the OEM pipework (38mm) just before the throttle body elbow. By increasing the overall internal volume and optimizing the design, the flow from the turbo to the inlet is improved, leading to a notable increase in power and response. Crafted from premium quality aluminium, the kit includes a revised throttle body elbow, a series of high-quality silicone connectors, and all pipework is coated in a sleek black finish for a refined OEM+ appearance. The installation process is made simple with all necessary fixtures and fittings included, along with detailed instructions.
